Effective from 8th March 2026
Appointments require sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Notice needs to be given by phone call or email to the clinic.
For NDIS participants: 48 hours notice is required to avoid being charged.
For private clients: 24 hours notice is required.
No‑show appointments or late cancellations may incur the full appointment fee.
Repeated non-attendance may result in suspension of future bookings until accounts are settled.
