Meet Our Team
Ella Hodges
Hi, I'm Ella, a physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move well, feel confident, and get back to doing what they love. I believe every patient deserves care that is personalised, evidence-based, and centred around their individual goals.
I grew up on Sydney's Northern Beaches before my husband and I made the move to Cowra to return to his family farm and embrace country life. In 2025, we welcomed our daughter, Lily, and becoming a mum has given me an even greater appreciation for the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy, parenthood, and family life.
I'm currently completing a Master's in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, with a special interest in women's, men's, and paediatric pelvic health. I'm passionate about bringing advanced pelvic health services to regional communities so that people can access high-quality care without having to travel long distances.
In addition to pelvic health, I treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and have completed further training in vertigo and vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ disorders, and paediatric physiotherapy. I enjoy combining hands-on treatment with education, exercise, and modern assessment technology to help my patients achieve lasting results.
Outside the clinic you'll usually find me spending time with my family, running or cycling, or having a coffee with friends.
